Eduverse Online School is an accredited Egyptian online school that teaches the national Ministry of Education curriculum and the Al-Azhar curriculum from kindergarten through the secondary stage, mainly to Egyptian families living outside Egypt. This case study documents what one full year of measured demand looks like for that business: 151,458 sessions between August 24, 2025 and August 23, 2026, of which 75.13% arrived through organic search.

The headline numbers

  • 151,458 total sessions in the 12-month window (Google Analytics 4, August 24, 2025 – August 23, 2026).
  • 113,790 organic search sessions, equal to 75.13% of all sessions on the site.
  • 96.87% engagement rate across all channels, with 146,715 engaged sessions.
  • 110,458 active users, led by Egypt at 27.41% and Saudi Arabia at 21.94%.
  • 205 sessions attributed to GA4’s AI Assistant channel — small in absolute terms, but a measurable line item.
  • A Semrush AI Visibility score of 19/100, built on 45 brand mentions and 486 citations in LLM answers (Worldwide database, August 23, 2026).

What this case study measures — and what it deliberately does not claim

Most agency case studies open with a growth percentage. This one does not, and the reason is worth stating plainly before any numbers are presented.

The Google Analytics 4 property for this website was created on August 3, 2025. There is therefore no complete prior-year baseline inside the property to compare against. Any year-over-year percentage calculated from it would be measuring the moment analytics tracking was installed rather than the growth of the school, and the resulting figures would run into the thousands of percent — impressive on a slide, and meaningless as evidence.

So this case study reports scale and composition inside a single, clearly labelled 12-month window: how much traffic the site received, where it came from, how it behaved, and how the site currently appears in AI-generated answers. Every figure below is either an absolute number or a share of a stated total. There are no growth-rate claims anywhere in this article, and no attribution of any number to a specific tactic.

Who Eduverse Online School is

Eduverse operates as a licensed online school delivering the Egyptian national curriculum and the Al-Azhar curriculum in Arabic, from kindergarten to the secondary stage. Its core audience is Egyptian and Arabic-speaking families abroad who need their children to stay aligned with the Egyptian curriculum and its certificates while living in another country — a requirement that local international schools in the Gulf, North Africa or Europe generally cannot meet.

The school states on its own website that it has served more than 3,000 families, and that its founding team previously built one of the first Egyptian e-schools to hold international quality accreditation. Those are the school’s own claims, and we report them as such rather than as verified figures. What we can verify independently is the demand data below.

The annual channel mix: three quarters of all sessions came from organic search

Across the full year, organic search was not one channel among several — it was the channel. The table below reproduces the GA4 default channel group report exactly as it appears in the property.

Two details in that table matter more than the headline share. First, the 97.56% engagement rate on organic sessions indicates the traffic is not accidental: people arriving from search are landing on pages that match what they were looking for. Second, Direct at 15.68% is unusually healthy for a school of this size, and typically reflects returning families and word-of-mouth navigation rather than paid demand.

Demand follows the school calendar, not a marketing calendar

Viewed month by month, the traffic curve is shaped almost entirely by the Egyptian academic year. This is the single most useful strategic fact in the dataset, because it dictates when content and technical work have to be finished in order to be useful at all.

Monthly GA4 sessions by channel for Eduverse Online School from September 2025 to August 2026, showing an autumn enrollment peak and a smaller spring peak
Sessions by channel, monthly granularity, August 24, 2025 – August 23, 2026.

September 2025 recorded 8,220 sessions, of which 3,713 were organic. Volume rose steeply into the autumn enrollment window and peaked in November at roughly 18,000 to 19,000 sessions for the month. December closed at 15,301 sessions with 11,925 from organic search — the point in the year where organic search was carrying the clear majority of a high-volume month. Traffic then eased through the winter, produced a smaller secondary rise around April as second-term and re-enrollment decisions were made, and tapered across the summer, with the month ending July 30 at 8,350 sessions and 6,563 organic.

The practical reading: for a curriculum-based online school, discovery is compressed into a narrow annual window. Pages that are not indexed, fast and clearly written by late summer have effectively missed the season, and no amount of activity in January recovers a November that was not prepared for.

Where the audience actually is

A school selling the Egyptian curriculum to expatriate families has a geographic profile that looks nothing like a normal Egyptian website. Over the same 12 months, GA4 recorded 110,458 active users distributed as follows.

CountryActive usersShare of active users
Egypt30,27827.41%

Top countries by active users, unedited GA4 report.

Roughly 72% of active users were outside Egypt. Saudi Arabia alone was almost as large as the home market, and the long tail across Algeria, Iraq, Jordan, Syria, Morocco and the UAE reflects exactly the diaspora pattern the school is built to serve. Engagement was consistently high across the five largest of these markets, ranging from 97.17% in Saudi Arabia to 99.4% in Iraq — meaning the international traffic is qualified, not incidental.

For search strategy, this geographic split changes the work: query phrasing, dialect, currency, timezone assumptions and even the wording of certificate and equivalency questions differ between an Egyptian parent in Cairo and an Egyptian parent in Riyadh or Algiers.

The AI discovery layer: small, measurable, and worth watching

Two independent sources say the same thing about Eduverse and AI-driven discovery: it exists, it is measurable, and it is still early.

Inside GA4, the AI Assistant channel recorded 205 sessions over the year — 0.14% of total traffic. That is a rounding error in revenue terms and a meaningful signal in strategic terms, because it is a channel that did not appear in GA4 default reporting until recently.

Semrush AI Visibility overview for eduverse-online.com showing a score of 19 out of 100, 45 mentions, 486 citations and 152 cited pages
Semrush AI Visibility, Worldwide database, as measured on August 23, 2026.

Semrush’s AI Visibility tool scores the domain at 19/100 (Low) on the Worldwide database, built on 45 brand mentions, 486 citations and 152 cited pages across large language model outputs. The distribution of those mentions is the interesting part:

  • Google AI Overviews — 75.6% of mentions (34)
  • Google AI Mode — 15.6% (7)
  • ChatGPT — 4.4% (2)
  • Gemini — 4.4% (2)

More than 91% of the brand’s AI mentions occur inside Google’s generative surfaces rather than inside standalone chat assistants. For an Arabic-language education brand, that concentration is strategically convenient: the same crawlable, well-structured, clearly-answered pages that earn classic organic rankings are the pages feeding those surfaces.

One honest caveat. A total sample of 45 mentions is small. We are publishing it as a baseline measurement, not a trend, and we have deliberately not calculated percentage movements on top of it — at this sample size, normal week-to-week variance would look like performance. This is the starting line, recorded so that future measurement has something real to be compared against.

What this snapshot tells other education brands

Four conclusions transfer well beyond this one account.

Organic search is the default acquisition channel in curriculum education, not a supporting one. When a parent is deciding where their child will spend an academic year, they research. In this dataset three quarters of all sessions came from that research behaviour, at a 97.56% engagement rate.

Seasonality sets the deadline, not the marketing plan. The traffic peak in this account sits in the autumn enrollment window. Technical fixes, curriculum pages and parent-question content have to be live and indexed well before it, because the window does not wait.

Arabic-language search intent is a real market with real volume. Over 151,000 sessions in a year, drawn largely from outside the country whose curriculum is being sold, is not a niche. It is an underserved segment where the competition is often weaker than in English-language education search.

AI visibility should be measured before it matters, not after. A score of 19/100 and 205 AI-referred sessions are not results to celebrate. They are a baseline, and having one recorded now is what makes the next twelve months interpretable. Our FBS.com SEO and GEO case study shows what the same measurement discipline looks like on an account with several years of history behind it.

Methodology and disclosures

  • Traffic source: Google Analytics 4 property for eduverse-online.com. Reporting window: August 24, 2025 – August 23, 2026. Sessions, engaged sessions, engagement rate and active users are GA4-defined metrics, taken from the Traffic acquisition and Demographic details reports without modification.
  • No year-over-year figures: the GA4 property was created on August 3, 2025, so a full comparable prior-year period does not exist inside it. No growth rates, multipliers or percentage improvements are claimed anywhere in this article.
  • No conversion or revenue figures: enrollment and lead conversion data are affected by consent-mode behaviour and cross-device journeys in this account, so we report traffic composition only rather than publish numbers we cannot stand behind.
  • AI visibility source: Semrush AI Visibility, Worldwide database, measured August 23, 2026. The Worldwide database is used because the US-only view returns effectively no data for an Arabic-language Egyptian-curriculum audience. Sample size is 45 mentions; treat it as a baseline.
  • Screenshots: reproduced directly from the live dashboards. The only modification is that the account holder’s personal profile photo has been hidden for privacy. No figures have been edited, cropped selectively to change meaning, or re-scaled.
  • Attribution of results: this article documents measured outcomes for the account over a defined period. It does not attribute any individual figure to any individual tactic, and it does not claim that the traffic described here was caused solely by any one party’s work.

Frequently asked questions

What period does this Eduverse case study cover?

A single 12-month window from August 24, 2025 to August 23, 2026, measured in Google Analytics 4. Every figure in the article belongs to that window.

Why does this case study not report year-over-year growth?

Because the GA4 property was only created on August 3, 2025. Comparing the reported year against the fragment of data that precedes it would measure the installation of analytics rather than the performance of the school, and would produce percentages in the thousands. We report scale and share instead.

How much of Eduverse Online School’s traffic comes from organic search?

113,790 of 151,458 sessions, or 75.13% of all sessions, came from organic search in the reported year, at a 97.56% engagement rate.

Which countries does the audience come from?

Egypt is the largest single market at 27.41% of 110,458 active users, followed by Saudi Arabia at 21.94%, Algeria at 7.15%, Iraq at 4.76% and Jordan at 4.69%. Around 72% of active users were located outside Egypt.

Is Eduverse visible in AI search results?

Yes, at an early stage. Semrush AI Visibility scores the domain 19/100 with 45 mentions and 486 citations as of August 23, 2026, and more than 91% of those mentions occur inside Google AI Overviews and AI Mode. GA4 separately recorded 205 sessions from its AI Assistant channel over the year.

What does an online school need to rank for curriculum searches?

Based on this dataset: pages that answer curriculum, accreditation and certificate-equivalency questions in the parent’s own language and dialect, published and indexed before the enrollment season rather than during it, and structured clearly enough to be quoted by generative search surfaces.
