WHY CHOOSE US?
One team that handles your SEO, GEO and AI search across the Arab region.
Most agencies split search, content and technical work into separate pieces that never quite fit together. At VOCTOS we keep it all under one roof. We build your visibility for the way people actually search today, both on Google and inside AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. As the first AI search agency in the Arab region, we bring SEO, GEO and AEO together and back every decision with real research and data. The goal is simple: your brand shouldn't just rank, it should be the answer people get. That means steady visibility, better quality traffic and growth you can actually measure.
Our technology team runs structured experiments to understand how AI search surfaces information and how brands earn visibility within it, from retrieval signal testing and retrievability modeling to entity-clarity scoring. This research directly informs every strategy we build.
“We don’t just follow the current search playbook. We test, measure and help write the one for how people find answers in the age of AI.”
The five stages every engagement runs through
The same model whether the work is SEO, AI search or paid. It is repeatable on purpose: you should be able to tell which stage you are in, and what has to be true before the next one starts.
Discovery
We map what the business actually needs before we touch the site. If the commercial goal and the SEO goal are not the same thing, this is where it surfaces.
- Stakeholder interviews, not a questionnaire
- Business goals mapped to search behaviour
- KPIs agreed and written down
- Tooling and account access set up
Audit
Technical, on-page, off-page and AI-answer visibility, plus a benchmark against the competitors who are actually beating you rather than the ones you name.
- Full technical crawl and indexation review
- On-page and content gap analysis
- Backlink profile and spam audit
- AI answer visibility, query by query
Strategy
A prioritized roadmap scored by effort against impact, so the argument about what to do first happens on paper rather than in month four.
- Every task scored for effort and impact
- Deliverables and owners named
- Timelines you can hold us to
- What we are deliberately not doing, and why
Implementation
Execution across technical, content and links, run by senior specialists rather than handed to whoever is free. Most of the value is created here and most agencies are thinnest here.
- Technical fixes shipped or specced for your developer
- Content written and optimized
- Links acquired against published criteria
- Weekly progress visible in the portal
Optimization
The stage that never ends. Monthly reporting, SERP and AI-visibility monitoring, and adjustments based on what the data did rather than what the plan assumed.
- Monthly reporting against the agreed KPIs
- Ranking and AI citation monitoring
- Iterative tuning of what is underperforming
- Quarterly review of whether the strategy still fits

Reporting & communication
You always know what's working — on a fixed rhythm.
No chasing us for updates, and no month where the only contact is an invoice. Four fixed touchpoints, each with a different job, so nothing important waits for the next report.
Tactical huddle
A short, action-oriented call on live data. What shipped, what is blocked, what moved in the SERP, and the adjustments for the week ahead. Fifteen minutes when there is nothing to escalate.
KPI review
Performance against the KPIs we agreed, across every channel in scope, with next month’s priorities attached. The misses get discussed rather than skipped, because that is the part that changes what we do.
Strategic deep-dive
Long-term trends and portfolio-wide performance, plus an honest answer to whether the strategy still fits your market and your commercial goals. This is the session where the plan changes if it needs to.
The live dashboard
SEO, GEO and PPC in one login, refreshed daily rather than compiled monthly. Rankings, indexation and backlinks, AI citations query by query, and paid spend sitting beside organic so the channels compare in one view.
Every account gets one accountable point of contact — a named person who works in Arabic and English, not a shared inbox.

Your first 90 days — one clear path.
No black box. You know exactly what happens in each phase, and when the first wins land.
Days 1-14
Audit and baseline

- Content inventory scored against what already ranks
- Backlink profile reviewed for risk, not just volume
- Current rankings, organic revenue and AI citation rate recorded as the baseline

Days 15-30
Plan and priorities
- Every target query classified by intent, then mapped to the page that should own it
- Cannibalization found and resolved before new pages are written
- A written roadmap in the order of work, with the reasoning behind the order
- Targets set from your baseline, never from a template
- Portal access set up so you see the same numbers we do
Days 31-60
Fix and build
- Crawl and index issues cleared so everything after this counts
- Core Web Vitals brought inside Google thresholds
- Priority pages optimized against the intent behind the query
- Schema added, and AI crawler access confirmed in your server logs
- First content and outreach shipped, each reviewed by a person before it goes live
Days 61-90
Measure and adjust
- Monthly report on rankings, traffic and revenue, not vanity metrics
- The prompt set re-run so citation movement is visible against the baseline
- What moved, what did not, and what we are changing because of it
- Priorities reset for the next quarter against the numbers
- No lock-in: engagements run month to month

The Team
The whole teamINSIDE THE VOCTOS CLIENT PORTAL
The plan, the tasks and the numbers, all visible while the work runs.
Five screens from the live client portal. You do not have to wait for a monthly call to know what is happening: the roadmap shows what is planned, and the performance screens show what it produced. The screenshots below are live views of a demo workspace. The layout is exactly what you get; the figures inside are demo data.
What is planned, what is in progress and what has shipped, month by month, with each item tied to the outcome it is meant to move. You can see what we are working on right now without asking, and what is queued behind it, which also makes it easy to tell us when your priorities change.
How we can work together
How we can work together
One monthly engagement
One team, one roadmap, everything on it. Best when search and AI visibility are real revenue channels and you want them owned end to end.
See services→A one-off audit
A full technical, content and AI-visibility audit with a prioritized fix list you can hand to any developer. No retainer attached.
See the audit→The AI visibility scan
Paste your URL and get a score across 45 signals in under a minute. No account, no form, no call scheduled afterwards unless you ask.
Run the scan→A single channel
Paid search, content, social or development on its own, when the rest is already handled and you only need one gap filled.
See services→OneSearch
Rankings and AI citations run as one program rather than two invoices, because they share the same technical foundation.
See OneSearch→A 15-minute call
No deck and no discovery form. Tell us the problem and we will say whether we are the right people for it, including when we are not.
Book a call→How we work: your questions
Access and baselining come first: analytics, Search Console, ad accounts, server logs, and a recorded starting point for rankings, spend and AI citations. The audit turns into a prioritized backlog in week two, written as tickets a developer can act on. The first fixes usually ship in week three, and they are chosen because they are quick and measurable, not because they are impressive.
You do, on anything that changes what your customers see: page copy, new pages, ad creative, and structural changes to templates. Routine technical fixes go ahead without a review cycle, because waiting three weeks for approval on a broken canonical tag helps nobody. Where the line sits is agreed in the first fortnight and written down.
A kickoff session, then roughly one review cycle on content or strategy per month, plus developer hours if your team is deploying rather than us. Teams with no spare capacity exist, which is why the end-to-end option is there. What does not work is an engagement where nobody on your side can answer a question within a week.
We assume that from the start. Recommendations arrive as specified tickets with the exact change, the reason, and the expected impact, so they can be dropped into an existing sprint without translation. Where the queue is genuinely blocked, our own development team can implement directly, which is the main reason we keep one in-house.
You get the reasoning and the evidence behind it, and then it is your decision. Sometimes the objection is commercial and we were missing context, in which case the plan changes. Sometimes we think you are wrong, we will say so plainly, and we will note it so that six months later the conversation is about facts rather than memory.
A live dashboard you can open any day, plus a monthly written review that says what was done, what moved, what did not, and what is next. Rankings, organic traffic, AI citations and paid performance sit in the same place, and where a metric is not measurable that month the report says so instead of showing a zero.
Explain it before you have to ask. Flat and negative months happen, usually from an algorithm update, a competitor’s move, or something that shipped late on either side. The report leads with the cause and the correction, and the baseline recorded at the start means nobody can quietly redefine what good looked like.
With notice at the end of any month, since there is no long lock-in. Content, links, technical fixes and rankings are yours permanently, and analytics, Search Console and ad accounts stay in your name because they were never in ours. On exit you get the current roadmap and the tracking documentation, whether you are moving in-house or to another agency.
