The Challenge
Delta needed to win trust in a YMYL (Your Money, Your Life) category, where Google applies its strictest quality standards – Arabic-language health search across Saudi Arabia. The market was dominated by large regional health portals, high-volume informational queries (vitamins, symptoms, treatments) were fiercely contested, and the site had to be credible enough for both Google and AI assistants to cite as a source.
The Strategy
VOCTOS combined classic SEO with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) in one integrated program, built for a YMYL medical brand competing in Arabic search across Saudi Arabia.
Pillar 1 — Semantic content architecture: we mapped every high-intent Arabic health and lab-test query into topic clusters, then produced medically-reviewed, answer-first pages that satisfy both user intent and Google’s strict quality standards for health content.
Pillar 2, Entity and topical authority: we optimized Delta’s entities, internal linking and on-page signals so search engines and large language models clearly recognize Delta as a credible, authoritative medical source.
Pillar 3, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO): we structured content with clear definitions, direct answers, FAQ and schema markup so Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Mode can easily quote it; we then tracked where Delta was cited by name.
Underpinning all three, a clean technical foundation (crawlability, indexation, structured data and speed) plus a live ranking dashboard kept the program measurable and accountable.
