Google still decides who gets the call. In the Gulf it holds over 96% of search.
Local SEO is the least fashionable thing we do and the most reliably profitable. A buyer within a few kilometres of you, searching on a phone, ready to call. Nothing about AI search has taken that traffic away, and most agencies in this market are so busy talking about ChatGPT that they have stopped maintaining the profile that actually rings the phone.
Audit our local visibility-
What we work on
- Google Business Profile, the map pack, local landing pages, citations and reviews. The whole set rather than the profile alone.
-
Why bilingual matters
- An Arabic category and an English category are two different queries. Most profiles in this region are filled in one language and lose the other half of the market.
-
What we measure
- Calls, direction requests and messages from the profile, plus map pack positions on a fixed grid of points around your location.
-
What we will not do
- Fake reviews, keyword-stuffed business names, or listings at addresses you do not occupy. All three are suspension risks and all three are common here.
Two systems, one search box
Why the map pack is not the blue links
They sit on the same page and they are governed by different rules. Optimizing one does not move the other.
Most businesses in this market are competing hard on the first column and have never touched the second.
How a local engagement runs
-
Audit
Weeks 1 to 2
- Grid-based map pack scan from multiple points around each location
- Category and field comparison against the businesses currently in your pack
- NAP consistency check across directories, registers and mapping platforms
- Arabic and English field coverage, reported separately
-
Profile rebuild
Weeks 2 to 4
- Primary and secondary categories set against real query evidence
- Services, attributes, hours and description completed in both languages
- Photos, products and posts where the category supports them
- Duplicate and unclaimed listings resolved
-
Site and citations
Weeks 4 to 10
- One genuine page per location, written about that branch
- Local schema so the machine-readable address matches the profile
- Citation corrections on the directories that matter in your market
- Review request process handed to your team, with the reply templates
-
Reporting
Monthly, ongoing
- Calls, direction requests and messages from the profile
- Grid positions re-scanned on the same points every month
- Review volume, rating and response rate
- Everything in the portal beside search and paid media
The engagement
What you get, month by month
Local work is unglamorous and it compounds. This is the standing scope.
Profile management
Categories, services, attributes, hours and posts maintained in Arabic and English, not set once and forgotten.
Grid rank tracking
Map pack position measured from a fixed grid of points around each location, so you can see the radius rather than one number.
Review operations
Request flow, monitoring, and replies written in the language the review was left in.
Citation maintenance
NAP consistency across the directories, registers and platforms that carry weight in your market.
Location pages
Real pages per branch with local schema, kept current as staff, hours and services change.
Monthly reporting
Calls, direction requests and messages, with the grid scan beside last month’s.
Want to see your map pack radius?
We will scan your grid, compare your categories against the businesses ranking above you, and send the findings whether you engage us or not.
How we report it
The clients behind the claims on this page
Local work compounds and it is measurable. Two engagements where the numbers are published in full, plus the citation-overlap evidence that decides how we report AI visibility beside it.

Delta’s AI Overview count is 27 times its ChatGPT count. Eduverse’s top and bottom engines sit 18 pages apart. Same agency, same method, opposite shapes. Any single score we quoted you would have described neither.

What we check on a local profile
The findings that repeat on almost every profile we inherit in this region.
Primary category
The single highest-impact field, and the one most often wrong. It decides which queries you are eligible for at all.
Arabic field coverage
Categories, services and the description exist per language. Half-filled profiles lose the larger query pool.
Hours including holidays
Wrong holiday hours produce the one review nobody recovers from quickly.
Duplicate and unclaimed listings
Two listings for one location split your signals and confuse the map pack.
Name, address and phone consistency
Inconsistency across directories is the most common reason a strong business underperforms in the pack.
Review response rate and language
Replies are indexed text. Silence leaves the complaint standing alone.
We scan from a grid of points around each location rather than from one spot, because local position changes with distance.
What happens when
The first ninety days of a local engagement
Local is the fastest-moving service we sell. This is a realistic sequence rather than an optimistic one.
Grid scan and profile audit
We measure map pack position from multiple points around each location, then compare your categories and fields against the businesses ranking above you.
Profile rebuild
Categories set against real query evidence, services and attributes completed in both languages, duplicates resolved.
Site and citations
One genuine page per location with local schema, then citation corrections on the directories that carry weight in your market.
Reviews as a habit
The request process moves to your team, with reply templates in both languages. We monitor and flag the operational patterns.
Re-scan and report
The same grid points, re-measured. Calls, direction requests and messages, not sessions.

Questions we get about local SEO
Category and profile corrections can move the pack within two to four weeks. Citation cleanup and location pages take longer, usually two to three months. Anyone promising the pack in a week is describing a change they cannot control.
Having one and maintaining one are different things. The most common findings we make are a wrong primary category, empty Arabic fields, hours that do not account for holidays, and reviews nobody has answered in a year.
We build the request process and hand it to your team. We do not write, buy or incentivise reviews. Platforms detect it, buyers notice it, and it is a suspension risk on the profile you depend on.
More than before, in our view. Assistants asked for a local recommendation reach for business listings and review platforms. A profile with the wrong category is a weak entity, and weak entities get left out of the shortlist.
Each location gets its own profile, its own page and its own grid. They are reported separately, because a chain usually has one branch dragging the average and you need to know which.
Yes, natively. Replies are written in the language the review was left in, by someone who speaks it, rather than run through a translation tool.
