The Challenge

When VOCTOS took on Ogaei in March 2025, the platform was effectively invisible in search. It did not rank in the top 50 for any target keyword, drew fewer than 10 organic clicks a month, had no technical SEO foundation, almost no content, and an unconfigured Search Console. Mobile Core Web Vitals were flagged as needing improvement. In a market where patients research their care before booking, and against well-funded competitors such as Maple and TELUS Health MyCare, zero visibility meant zero patient acquisition from organic search.

VOCTOS built a three-pillar SEO strategy designed to compound over an eight-month timeline.

Pillar 1, Technical foundation: we made the site fully crawlable, indexable and fast, and configured Search Console, GA4 and analytics so every gain could be measured.
