United Arab Emirates
Dubai is the most contested search market in the region. That changes what is worth buying.
The cheap tactics are exhausted here. What still moves the number is entity strength and independent coverage, plus the Arabic half most UAE proposals quietly skip.

Three things that stop working in a market this contested
These are not universal truths. They are specific to a market where everyone already has an agency and a content calendar.
Publishing more of the same content
In a thin market, good content is enough. In Dubai every competitor publishes too, so volume stops separating anyone.
Independent coverage and entity strength. Being cited by somebody else beats publishing another page.
Bidding on terms you already own organically
Paid is expensive here and the budgets are set departmentally, so nobody checks the overlap.
Report paid and organic together. There are terms where we will tell you to stop bidding.
Treating it as an English-only market
Most agency decks assume it. The Arabic results for many commercial terms are materially less contested than the English ones.
Run both keyword sets, then spend where the competition is thinner.

Questions about working in Dubai
No. We work from Cairo across the Gulf and we will not claim an address we do not occupy. If a UAE entity is a procurement requirement, say so early and we will be straight about whether we fit.
Sometimes not, in organic, within a short horizon. In a saturated category with a modest budget we will tell you organic is a twelve-month play and where the money works harder meanwhile.
Because most proposals do not, and the Arabic SERP for many commercial terms in this market is materially less contested than the English one. Same budget, more return.
Entity strength and independent coverage. In a market where everyone publishes, being cited by somebody else is what separates brands. That is also what AI engines reach for.
Ogaei Virtual Care, Ovasave and NSFX are published regional engagements, and Al Hokail covers Saudi Arabia.
