Google Ads Credit for New Advertisers: What a Google Premier Partner Can Apply for You

A new Google Ads account can start with up to $6,000 in ad credit. Google sets seven credit levels, from $500 on a $500 spend to $6,000 on a $12,000 spend in the first 60 days.
Only Partner and Premier Partner agencies can apply them. VOCTOS is a Google Premier Partner, so we add this credit to the new accounts we launch in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt and the wider Gulf.
What is Google Partners promotional credit?
Google Partners promotional credit is Google Ads advertising credit that Google funds and a Partner agency applies to a new client’s account. It sits in the account as extra budget, and your ads draw on it exactly as they draw on the money you spend yourself.
The offer belongs to the Partners program rather than to a public coupon, so an advertiser who signs up alone sees, at most, the general offer on the Google Ads homepage.
An agency with Partner status gets a separate set of seven offers with much higher ceilings, and chooses between them for each new client.
Since 2025 the agency picks the level for each account by hand. That matters, because the credit can now match the size of the campaign you are actually planning.
How much credit can a new account receive?
There are seven levels, each tied to the account’s spend in its first 60 days. The amounts are set in US dollars, with a local equivalent applied by billing country. The bigger the launch, the bigger the credit.
| Spend in the first 60 days | Google Ads credit | Credit as a share of spend |
|---|---|---|
| $500 | $500 | 100% |
| $680 | $630 | 93% |
| $1,400 | $980 | 70% |
| $3,200 | $1,600 | 50% |
| $4,500 | $2,250 | 50% |
| $10,000 | $5,000 | 50% |
| $12,000 | $6,000 | 50% |
Read the table from the bottom. A business launching with $12,000 over its first two months gets $6,000 of advertising on top, which is half as much reach again.
A small first campaign at $500 gets its budget matched in full. Every level in between sits at 50% or more.
We choose the level that fits the plan you already have, so the credit adds to a budget you were going to spend anyway.

Who is eligible?
Three things decide it: the account is new, it opens under a Google Partner manager account, and it is billed in an eligible country. Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Jordan are all on Google’s list.
- A new Google Ads account. The credit is applied within 20 days of the account being created. Timing the setup well is part of the job.
- Opened under a Partner manager account. For our clients that is the VOCTOS LLC manager account.
- An eligible billing country. The billing country sets the currency the credit is worked out in.
- One offer per account. We choose the right one at the start.
Why only a Google Partner can apply it
Google keeps this offer for Partner and Premier Partner agencies. An agency without the badge has no Partners promotions screen, which means it cannot add this credit to a client’s account at all.
Premier Partner is the higher of the two levels. Google gives it each year to roughly the top 3% of participating companies in each country.
The ranking looks at client growth, client retention, the range of campaign types managed and annual spend across managed accounts. The ranking is relative, so an agency earns it against every other agency in its market rather than against a fixed bar.
VOCTOS was named a Google Premier Partner for 2025. For a new advertiser that brings two things together: access to the credit, and a team Google has measured against every other agency in the country.

How we apply it for a new client
The credit is built into our onboarding, not handled as an extra. When a new Google Ads client starts with us, the order never changes.
- We open a new Google Ads account for your business under the VOCTOS manager account. The billing and the ownership are yours.
- We agree the launch budget for the first 60 days from the campaign plan.
- Within the first 20 days we apply the credit level that matches that budget.
- Your campaigns launch, and the credit appears in the account as extra budget.
- You follow the spend, the credit and the results in the VOCTOS client portal, beside the rest of your reporting.
The numbers line up from day one. You see the budget you approved, the credit on top of it, and what both produced.
What it means in riyals, dirhams and Egyptian pounds
The credit is set in US dollars and applied as a local equivalent for the billing country. A Saudi account works in riyals, an Emirati account in dirhams and an Egyptian account in Egyptian pounds.
That is one reason we set the billing country carefully at the start. A company registered in Riyadh with a marketing team in Cairo should be billed in Riyadh, so the right local levels apply and the invoices match the company’s books.
For Gulf and Egyptian advertisers the credit sits beside what usually decides the result. That means Arabic and English campaigns built separately, conversion tracking that works before launch, and keywords planned against your organic rankings. We cover that side in SEO vs Google Ads.
My read on the Partner credit
Most agency pages present this credit as the reason to sign. I see it differently. The credit tells you who you are hiring.
Google only opens the promotions screen to agencies it has qualified, and only gives Premier status to the top slice of them once a year. The credit is the part of that qualification you can see on your first invoice.
It comes from the same program that lists Partners in the Google Partners directory. You can check any agency’s status there yourself.
So ask every agency you compare one question first. Can you apply Partner credit to a new account? Then ask whether they are a Partner or a Premier Partner, because the second answer tells you how Google ranks them against everyone else in the market.
Questions we get about Google Ads credit
Can you add the credit to the account I already have?
The offer is built for new accounts. We start new clients on a fresh Google Ads account under our manager account. Your campaigns, ownership and billing stay yours, and the account is set up properly from day one.
How do I know which credit level I will get?
We match the level to your agreed budget for the first 60 days. A $3,200 plan for the first two months matches the level that adds $1,600 of credit.
Is the credit available in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt?
Yes. All three are on Google’s list of countries where Partners promotional offers run, with Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Jordan. The credit is applied in the local equivalent of the billing country.
Do I pay VOCTOS for the credit?
No. Google funds the credit and it is added to your account at no cost, subject to Google’s terms. Our fee covers managing the campaigns.
The better question to ask an agency
The useful question is not how much credit an agency promises. It is whether Google trusts that agency enough to apply credit at all, and at which level.
