The VOCTOS Client Portal
Every number we work from,
in one login.
AI visibility across five engines, search performance, paid media, your content pipeline and every task we closed. Not a monthly PDF written after the fact — the same screens your specialist opens on a Monday morning.

Why it exists
One login instead of nine tabs and a spreadsheet
Most agencies report by exporting from five tools into a deck once a month. By the time you read it, the account has moved on. We removed the export step.
Five logins you do not have, two you do, and one version of the truth that only exists in your account manager’s head.
portal.voctos.com
One login. Every connected source on the same date range. Every figure stamped with its last sync. Every recommendation printed next to the rule that produced it, so you can disagree with the rule rather than the conclusion.
What is inside
One login, everything we do for you
Six things live in the portal. Every client gets all six, included in the engagement rather than sold as software.
AI visibility across five engines
ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot, scored separately. A single average hides the fact that you can be the default answer in one and invisible in another.
Prompt-level history you can replay
The full answer text stored per engine, per run, with a date. Generative answers are rewritten constantly, so a screenshot from last month proves nothing and a stored history proves everything.
Search performance in one view
Search Console, GA4 and Semrush unified. Traffic, keywords, technical health and the pages moving, over the window you pick.
Paid media with the waste flagged
Spend, conversions and cost per conversion straight from the ad platforms, plus the money already spent on things that produced nothing.
Content from brief to published
Your pipeline with the target prompt and citability score on every row. Approve an article and it reaches WordPress. Nothing publishes on its own.
Every task, with the reason
What we closed, when, and why. Requests you send from any screen arrive here as tasks, so you can see what happened to them without asking.

INSIDE THE VOCTOS CLIENT PORTAL
Stop guessing what the engines say about you.
Six screens from the live client portal, and every GEO client gets all six. You read the same numbers we work from: the health of the entity behind your name, how often each engine returns you, the prompts you win and lose, the sources being cited, the competitors named in your place, and what the models say about you unprompted. We do not send screenshots of answers, because answers are rewritten weekly. You get the stored history and you can re-run the question yourself.
One score out of 100, built from six measured signals: visibility, authority, citation quality, sentiment, entity strength and share of voice. Underneath it sits the part most clients read first — what the engines actually say when asked who you are, what you sell, where you operate and who you serve. Every answer is stored word for word and marked correct or wrong, so a false claim, a service you dropped or a city you never opened in, is something you can see and we can go and fix. No ranking report will ever surface a sentence like that.
INSIDE THE VOCTOS CLIENT PORTAL
See what your ad budget actually bought.
Six screens from the live client portal, and every paid media client gets all six. You read the same numbers we work from: what was spent, what it produced, what it wasted, what is waiting on your approval, and every change we made with the reason beside it. Figures come from the ad platforms on the last sync, not from an estimate, and nothing is applied to your account without you.
Every paid channel in one place. Spend, conversions, cost per conversion and clicks for whatever window you pick, pulled from the ad platforms on the last sync rather than estimated. The card most dashboards leave out sits near the top: money already spent on campaigns, keywords and search terms that produced nothing once the conversion lag window closed. You see the total, and you see the part of it you can stop paying for.
The difference
What a live screen tells you that a report cannot
A monthly report is an argument someone already won. A screen is the evidence, still open, with the date range in your hands.
“AI visibility improved this month.”
PortalPer engine, per prompt, with the answer text stored before and after, and the date the page that changed it went live.
“We optimized the campaigns.”
PortalThe exact task, the day it closed, who closed it, and the rule that flagged it in the first place. Including the ones that did not work.
“Spend is on track.”
PortalPacing against your budget on the day you look, with our fee shown beside the media spend so the number you judge is the all-in cost.
Every number carries its own caveat
Where a metric cannot be trusted, the screen says so and names the setup step that would fix it. Impression share and Quality Score are marked as period figures, because averaging them across a custom window would invent a number.
Nothing runs on its own
The portal has no write access to any ad account or CMS. A specialist reviews, you approve, we execute. Software does not get to change your account because a threshold moved.
Straight answers
What the portal is and is not
Client portals are usually a login that shows you a dashboard someone exported. This one is the working surface, which changes what it can and cannot do.
What it is
- ✓The same numbers your specialist works from. There is no internal version with different figures.
- ✓Read-only against your accounts. It has no write access to any ad account or CMS by design.
- ✓Honest about its own gaps. Where a metric cannot be trusted it says so, and names the setup step that would fix it.
- ✓A place to send a request. Anything you flag arrives with us as a task you can track.
- ✓Included in your engagement, at no separate cost.
What it is not
- ✗Software you can buy on its own. It exists to run VOCTOS work, and it is not sold as a subscription.
- ✗A replacement for talking to us. It answers what happened. It does not decide what to do next.
- ✗Real time. Figures update on sync, and every screen tells you when the last one ran.
- ✗A guarantee of accuracy where your tracking is broken. If conversion setup is incomplete, the portal says the number carries an unknown margin of error rather than pretending otherwise.

Access and control
Built read-only, on purpose
No write access
The portal reads your accounts. It cannot change a bid, publish a page or pause a campaign.
Your own login
Per-person access, not a shared password in a group chat. Remove someone and their access ends.
Sync-stamped
Every screen states when it last pulled. If a connector fails, the screen says so rather than showing yesterday as today.
Yours to leave with
Your data is exportable. Ending an engagement does not mean losing the history of what was done.
Client portal — frequently asked questions
No. It is included in every engagement and there is no separate license. If you stop working with us, the account closes with the engagement.
No. It reports on work we are doing on your accounts, so on its own it would show you empty screens. If you only want a tool, we will say so rather than sell you a login.
No, by design. Every connection is read-only. When a change is proposed, a specialist reviews it, you approve it in the Approvals screen, and we execute it in the platform itself.
Every screen shows its own last-sync time. Search and AI visibility data refresh daily; paid media data refreshes on the platform API schedule, which is usually a few hours behind. Nothing on the portal claims to be real time.
The screen says so and names the setup step that would fix it, instead of showing you a confident number built on bad data. We would rather show a gap than a wrong figure.
Yes. There is no seat limit and no per-user charge. Most clients add whoever needs the numbers, including people outside marketing.
Both. The AI screens store the actual answers from ChatGPT, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot on a schedule, so you can re-read a run from three months ago rather than trusting a screenshot.
You can export everything before the account closes. We do not sell or share client account data, and we do not use one client account to inform another.
