المهمة
Dr. Fahad Alebrahim already had the credentials patients look for: American board certification in internal medicine, a gastroenterology fellowship at McMaster University in Canada, and the role of head of Kuwait’s national programme for early detection of colon cancer. His website did not carry that authority into search.
In August 2026, the month before VOCTOS started, none of the 48 Arabic searches we track in Kuwait ranked #1. Only 2 sat in the top 3, and core commercial searches were stuck lower down: “افضل دكتور معدة” (best stomach doctor) at 18 and “طبيب جهاز هضمي” (gastroenterologist) at 22. A keyword gap analysis showed direct competitors ahead on the high-volume terms.
The site itself had problems that held it back. The XML sitemap returned a 404 error, the homepage had structured data errors, more than 300 articles had no category, one article named the wrong service area, and a link audit later found 594 link issues across the site.
The content itself was part of the problem. Many of the clinic’s 305 articles were thin or covered the same topic more than once, so near-duplicate posts competed with each other, and some articles competed with the clinic’s own service pages for the same searches. The schema had errors, and the practice ran two websites for the same clinic, drfahadclinic.com and drfahadalebrahimclinic.com, which split Google’s signals between them.
الحل
Pillar 1, fix what blocked Google: we repaired the XML sitemap so it returns a 200 status, fixed the schema errors and added Physician, MedicalClinic, LocalBusiness and FAQPage schema, brought both clinic domains into Search Console and started consolidating them into one primary site, fixed a site-wide duplicate H1, removed placeholder content, and corrected all 594 link issues found in a full link audit.
Pillar 2, one search intent per page: Arabic keyword research, a keyword gap analysis against direct competitors, and a keyword map that gave each cluster a primary keyword and one target URL. We rewrote meta titles and descriptions for the main pages around those targets.
Pillar 3, content patients search for: a content plan for 8 new articles, all published in September, plus a content audit of older articles, internal links between related topics, a category structure for more than 300 uncategorised articles and a redesigned blog page.
Pillar 4, AI search and measurement: an llms.txt file that gives ChatGPT, Gemini and other assistants a clear summary of the clinic and its articles, GA4 key events for phone and WhatsApp contacts, and monthly AI Overview tracking for Kuwait.
Pillar 5, content quality and conversions: a keyword cannibalisation audit across the blog and the 26 service pages, then clean-up of thin, low-quality and near-duplicate articles so each topic and each service has one page that owns it. On the conversion side, we improved the services page experience and added inbound calls to action to articles and pages, sending readers to WhatsApp and phone, both tracked as GA4 key events.

كل المقالاتDr. Fahad Clinic case study FAQ
Within the first month. In the September 2026 rank check, 9 of 48 tracked Arabic searches in Kuwait ranked #1, against none in August. They include “افضل دكتور جهاز هضمي في الكويت” (3 to 1), “افضل دكتور معدة” (18 to 1) and “طبيب جهاز هضمي” (22 to 1).
Yes. On 24 October 2026, Gemini answered “who is the best gastroenterologist in Kuwait?” with Dr. Fahad Alebrahim’s clinic, and Google’s AI Overview for the same Arabic search named him among the leading consultants, listed first in one check and second in another. In Search Console, daily impressions in Google’s AI features rose from about 2,000 in early September to about 5,500 in October.
From 1 September to 22 October 2026, the site earned 6.27K clicks and 818K impressions in Google Search, against 4.15K clicks and 677K impressions in the 52 days before: +51% clicks and +20.7% impressions. Average position improved from 8 to 7.
The informational health topics are the next stage. Searches such as “ارتجاع المريء” (acid reflux), “القولون العصبي” (IBS) and “الكبد الدهني” (fatty liver) were still outside the top 50 in September 2026, and most of the clinic’s AI impressions come from outside Kuwait.
