Your pages sit inside Your Money or Your Life, so author credentials, medical review and source quality act as ranking inputs. An unsigned symptom page loses to a signed one that reads worse. That is the whole mechanism.<\/p>\n<p>The second reason is newer. Your patient asks about a lab result, a drug interaction or a procedure cost, and gets a written answer in AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT or Gemini, with three or four sources named underneath it. If your site is not one of those sources, the query is gone. It does not matter whether you sit at position three or position thirteen.<\/p>\n<p>We run five health brands and we measure both layers on all of them.<\/p>\n<h2>What we work on, and in what order<\/h2>\n<p>Your entity and author infrastructure comes first, because in a YMYL category it gates everything downstream. Then your clinical content model: which conditions, procedures and tests you own, and at what depth. Then your technical layer, which on a health site means location pages, doctor templates and the appointment path. Citation work comes last. It depends on the other three.<\/p>\n<p>We do not open with a blog calendar. Your site will not convert that calendar into rankings while it has no named reviewer and no author entity, and selling you one would be billing you for motion.<\/p>\n<h2>Our position on the part that costs us deals<\/h2>\n<p>Our best health result took months of entity work before the traffic curve moved. Delta has run since March 2026, and the 5,570 figure is a July 2026 measurement taken four months in. We publish that date every time we publish the number, because the version without a date sells considerably better.<\/p>\n<p>We also have no published 90-day follow-up on that measurement, so we describe it as a snapshot rather than a trend. An agency that shows you a citation figure with no date and no prompt set is showing you something it cannot defend.<\/p>\n<h2>What we will not promise<\/h2>\n<p>Not a ranking, not a citation count, not a traffic figure.
